As Kathy's work is all hand painted, there will be minor variations to the purchased items to that shown in the pictures. Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces of handpainted glassware or gifts can be identical.

We are committed to providing you with a secure shopping environment which is why we choose to use Paypal to process all payment transactions. PayPal is the safer and easier way to pay online. Paypal automatically encrypts all sensitive information. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).
As we choose to use Paypal to process all payment transactions the service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through paypal, credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. We can accept personal cheques, however, goods will not be shipped until the cheque is successfully cleared.
Note: You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase items as there is an option for non-Paypal members, too.
If there is a major problem with your product upon arrival we can offer a refund at our discretion. If this is the case you should contact us immediately stating the reasons for the return. From here will we provide you with an address to return the items. Return items must be shipped to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates & Policies
We take great care in the packaging of our products to ensure they reach their final destination in excellent condition. Our shipping cost is automatically added to your orders final price at the checkout. You will be able to view how much the shipping cost is before your purchase is complete.
Generally speaking most items are shipped within 10 business days of receiving your payment.
Customers who create an account with our store can track their order status via their account. Your order status will be routinely updated as it is pending, processing and being shipped (delivered). You will receive a confirmation email at the address specified in your order at each stage of the order update.
For customers who do not create an account (and therefore use our Quick Checkout option), you will receive a confirmation email at the address specified in your order at each stage of the order update, however, you will not be able to track your order via our store.
We are based in the United States of America and only accept orders via our store to be shipped within the USA. However, we are happy to arrange shipping of any international orders but you will need to contact us as international orders may be subject to additional handling charges and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all which are the responsibility of the customer.

Our vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 1 year of the purchase date. A refund or exchange can be issued to the purchaser of the Gift Voucher if the terms of our Returns Policy are met. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance. Gift vouchers clearly state their worth and if shipping is included or not.
If your voucher is lost or stolen do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy cancel the missing voucher and issue a new one.
